The pendant is rhodium-plated. The jewelry retains its shine for a longer time without having to be polished or cleaned. Rhodium-plated is roughly the same color as a piece of white gold jewelry. Normally, a rhodium-plated piece of jewelry costs a little more than a regular silver piece.
Avoid getting perfume on your jewelry, as it can damage the shine and finish.
