Returns and Right of Withdrawal

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Akikik.gl. The period starts on the day you receive the product.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must send us a clear notice before the deadline:

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing delivery or failing to collect the parcel without also notifying Akikik.gl.

Returns

Always contact Akikik.gl before returning a product. We will tell you which of our return addresses to use.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. The product must be securely packaged, and you are responsible for the parcel until it has been received at the agreed return address.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. You may inspect it in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used or handled more than necessary, you may be liable for any reduction in its value.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and processed, we will refund the amount to which you are entitled under the applicable rules. Refunds are normally made to the payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be limited for:

• Products made or adapted to the customer’s specifications
• Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken
• Products that deteriorate or expire quickly

Business purchases

Business purchases are generally not covered by a right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed in writing with Akikik.gl.
