Shipping Policy
Shipping from Greenland
Orders from Greenland are shipped with Tusass Post on Tuesdays and Thursdays once payment has been registered.
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation email and a Track & Trace number.
The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Delivery within Greenland
The expected delivery time is normally 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delays involving Tusass Post or Air Greenland may occur, and Akikik.gl therefore cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Akikik.gl does not currently offer local delivery in Sisimiut.
Customers in Sisimiut may choose collection by prior arrangement.
Shipping to Denmark
Orders to Denmark are generally shipped with Tusass Post on Tuesdays and Thursdays once payment has been registered.
Delivery is normally by air freight. The expected delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Customs processing, weather conditions, and delays involving Air Greenland or the carrier may extend the delivery time.
Disposable vapes are not shipped to Denmark.
Shipping from Denmark
Some items in stock are shipped from Akikik.dk in Denmark. In-stock items are normally dispatched within two business days after payment has been registered.
From Denmark to Greenland and other countries:
• Shipping with PostNord
• Flat rate: DKK 170 for parcels weighing up to 2 kg
• The parcel is sent as registered mail with tracking available
Shipping within Denmark:
• Shipping with DAO or GLS
• Flat rate: DKK 49
• The parcel is delivered to a parcel shop or store unless otherwise agreed
International shipping to other countries
Orders to countries other than Greenland and Denmark are shipped as parcels from Denmark.
The flat rate for international shipping is DKK 269.
If an order contains items from both Greenland and Denmark, it may be delivered in multiple parcels.
Customs duties, VAT and import fees
Greenland is not a member of the EU. For deliveries between Greenland, Denmark and other countries, the customer may therefore be charged customs duties, VAT, import taxes and carrier fees.
Any customs duties, VAT and import costs are payable by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Damage or loss
If a parcel is damaged or lost in transit, the customer should contact Akikik.gl as soon as possible:

The customer will receive an email and/or SMS when the order is ready for collection.
If the order is not collected within four business days of the notification, the order may be cancelled. Any payment made will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.
